Today I woke up to the phone ringing. I was totally surprised when I answered and Jake said "Happy Anniversary!" I couldn't believe he remembered. We have a anniversary every six months and he has never really surprised me the day after Christmas. Anyway, I was even more shocked when I heard a truck pull into the driveway (through about 10 inches of the NEW snow). I told Jake that our friend was here, at 7:30 AM!!! He said "perfect timing" I was totally confused and assumed that he wanted to talk to him. But, Jake had asked him to bring my flowers for our anniversary. I was totally shocked!!!
