Tuesday I finally got the okay to take off my boot!! The bone is not completely healed but it was time to try something new. We are just hoping that the bone is strong enough and that I won't break a screw and have to operate again.
I am still using the bone stimulator machine for probably another 6 months or so until the bone is 100%.
I am learning to walk all over again. It is painful and slow but the process has finally begun.
Yeah for me!!!!!
