We are so thankful to have Jake back home with us. Our airport is so small that from the time we saw his plane land, he was in our arms within about 10 mins. It was great!!! When he walked through security Katie went running. It was so cute.
Katie was not letting go for awhile but it took Tyson a little bit to warm up to him. He went right up to him and gave him a hug but then backed off for a bit. He acted really nervous but by the time we left the airport he was pretty comfortable.
Together Forever, or at least awhile!!!
Our good friends came to the airport and were totally prepared to welcome Jake home. They made super cute posters and brought noise makers. We grabbed some balloons on the way to the airport, and had a great welcome party. It is so nice to have great support from wonderful friends.

I have to say Lacie, you are an amazing woman. I couldn't be without my husband for even a day. You are such a strong person. It takes that type of character to be a military family. Thank you for supporting your husband and thank him for protecting our country!
