Halloween

The other day I was talking to Katie about Halloween and she got all upset. She said "Mom, I'm worried about halloween." I was confused because she seemed so sincere. I was thinking she was scared or something. She proceeded with "I'm not sure what we are going to do. Dad is gone and if you take me trick-or-treating, then there will be nobody to give all the other kids candy. Then, I'll be the only one to get some." She was so concerned. I thought it was pretty cute. I explained that maybe we would just do our ward party and stuff because I am still not able to walk around the neighborhood with this boot on anyway. She seemed okay with that.
